Our exercises for seniors incorporate aerobic and anaerobic exercises to help you stay fit and healthy as you grow older. Our Sessions are virtual and combine sitting and standing strengthen exercises to improve balance, prevent falls, increase energy, and keep you active. All sessions are provided in a 1 to 1 format with no interruptions and customized to meet your needs.
