According to The Surgeon General, regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health.

Our Virtual Pediatric Physical Therapy Program is a co-coaching/parent assist program with (1) adult and (1) child.  Our program is customized to incorporate the child’s physical need with activities to increase strength, coordination, balance, and mobility.   Our program helps children to reach their potential by empowering and teaching the supervising adult how to carry out the activities.   All session uses a “live or real-time video,” connection that is ideal for evaluations and treatments.

Young people need three types of activity each week:

Muscle-Strengthening

Physical Therapy Wellness Group’s virtual program can help increase endurance.

Aerobic

Nothing can replace good ol’ playtime!  Now more than ever, kids need regular and stimulating exercise.

Bone-Strengthening

Healthy bones start with a good exercise regiment.  Exercise is vital to treat and lower your risk of osteoporosis.  It improves bone health, muscle strength, balance, coordination, and promotes a  functionally activity lifestyle.
